Jessica is currently the Chief Operations Officer of the Kelly Group Inc.

She started her career in the field of Natural Medicine, graduating as a Naturopathic Doctor from the Trinity School of Natural Health, and practicing at the Natural Medical Centre in Barbados, also owned by the Kelly Group Inc. During this time, she was also the General Manager of the clinic, running accounts, marketing, HR and purchasing for the clinic. This led to her interest in business, and after the Kelly Group Inc reinvested into Nature’s Discount, she became interested in learning more about the retail side of business. Jessica decided to advance her career by working her way up the ladder in Nature’s Discount; starting first by working in the retail stores at the most junior level and then quickly being promoted to Purchasing Manager where she was needed the most. She spent a lot of time within other departments while managing her own and assisted in operational aspects of the company in both the warehouse and retail stores along with the marketing department.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, new companies within the Kelly Group were born as a need for more online business and home deliveries arose. Jessica oversaw the development of a new POS system and headed up the departments needed within the business for the roll out of the new company, Kellmart.com. She now manages purchasing, marketing and operations for the Kelly Group Inc.
